Current General Manager and Vice President of Franchise Operations of Coca-Cola Iberia (Spain and Portugal) since May 2023, Carlos Martín Carrión has a remarkable trajectory within The Coca-Cola Company, where he has held important positions of international relevance. 

 

Born in Spain, Carlos Martín joined the company in 2020 as General Manager of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. In 2021 he assumed the role of Vice President of Operations and General Manager in Colombia and Venezuela, where he managed to carry out a sustainable business transformation by promoting an ESG agenda through concrete actions in areas such as plastics, water and support to communities. Along with other tasks, such as the expansion of the Total Beverage Company portfolio to new categories, he managed to position the company as a robust leader in Colombia and reach historical records of volume, revenue and profits. 

 

Before joining Coca-Cola he held different national and international positions in Saint-Gobain, P&G and Danone, where he developed his professional career for 20 years leading a team of more than 1,500 people in Brazil.

 

Carlos Martín Carrión holds a licenciature in Administration & Business Management from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid and a degree in Marketing from the Cesma Business School in Madrid.
