Diane started with Costco in August of 1993 as a Warehouse Manager in Training in a Montreal location. In May of 1994, she was promoted to Warehouse Manager in St. Laurent; from there Diane went on to manage two other locations in the Montreal area. In October 2000 she was promoted to Assistant General Merchandising Manager Ancillary overseeing Photo, Optical, Optical Lab, Gas stations, Pharmacy and Hearing Aids. In August of 2002, Diane joined the Human Resources team as Director of Employee Development, and in 2007 was promoted to National HR Director for Canada. In August of 2009 she was promoted to VP Operations Eastern Canada. In December 2012 she was promoted to the position of Country Manager -Spain.

 

Prior to Costco during 19 years Diane worked for the largest Canadian women`s clothing retailer as Regional Director.

On the Executive board for Journeys. Journeys is Costco Wholesale’s women’s career development group On the Executive Advisory board for LEAD. LEAD is the European group for women’s career development for retailers and manufacturers. President of Diversity and Inclusion Committee for American Chamber of Commerce in Spain.

 

Married with 3 children.

 

Her passion is Formula 1 and she travels around the world to see the races.
