Helena is President of HP for Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and has also served as President and CEO of HP for Spain since 2012, joining the company in 1982.

 

Helena is a member of the Board of Directors of Naturgy, where she is the Chair of the Sustainability Committee and a member of the Audit and Control Committee, and of Mutua Madrileña, where she is a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee.

 

She is also involved in various foundations and associations, notably serving as Vice President of Amcham and the Fundación Seres, and a member of the Fundación Consejo España-EEUU and the Board of Directors of the American Business Council. She is a Trustee of the Fundación Cotec for Innovation and the Fundación Princesa de Girona. Additionally, she is part of several governing bodies and committees, including the Advisory Board of Llorente y Cuenca, the Corporate Governance Center of ESADE, the Executive Committee of IESE Alumni, and the Board of Trustees of Junior Achievement.

 

For over 10 years, she was President of the Fundación Innovación España and of the Governing Board of APD.

 

Helena was born in Madrid, is married, and has two children. She holds a degree in Chemistry and has completed postgraduate studies in Management at INSEAD and IESE.
