Rick Silberstein has been a partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, Abogados for the past eighteen years, including five as managing partner of the firm’s office in Barcelona. He is a member of the corporate practice area, specializing in M&A, and representing multinationals investing in Spain. He is a member of the bars of Barcelona, Madrid and California. Rick is very active in the American Bar Association where he occupies leadership positions in the M&A and Corporate Governance Committees of the Business Law Section. He is married and has three children. When he has time he spends it in his vegetable garden and cooking.
