On March 12th, we held the session "3M, Where Innovation Never Sleeps" as part of the 6th edition of our Young Leaders Network program.

 

During the event, our Young Leaders had the opportunity to hear from Roberto Anta, CEO of 3M; Jose María Macias, Director of Human Resources; Alicia Ortega, Director of Innovation; Mario Lombán, Director of Institutional Relations; and Enrique Cortegoso, Global B2B eCommerce Specialist, who shared their perspectives on the impact of innovation on companies. They also discussed the role of the entrepreneur within an organization, how to identify and develop talent, and how to apply that talent to foster business growth and innovation.

 

The event also included a space for questions from attendees, which allowed for a rich exchange between the speakers and our Young Leaders.
