On February 5th, we celebrated the Kick Off of the 5th Edition of our Young Leaders Network professional development program at the Microsoft Spain headquarters.

 

Jaime Malet, President of AmChamSpain, welcomed over 100 participants to the edition. Following that, there was a leadership talk featuring program leaders Alberto Granados, President of Microsoft Spain, and Sandra Orta, General Manager of Bristol Myers Squibb.

 

In addition, our Young Leaders also had the opportunity to learn more about Generative Artificial Intelligence from David Hurtado Torán, Director of Innovation at Microsoft. He shared that with the advent of Artificial Intelligence, jobs won't disappear but rather transform, and provided insight into what's to come in the field of AI.
