In the framework of the 5th edition of our Young Leaders Network program, last May 18, we held the session "Damm as a Talent Stage."
During the event, our Young Leaders had the opportunity to listen to Ricardo Lechuga, Human Resources Director at Damm, who shared about the company's purpose and how Damm attracts, fosters, and retains talent.
Afterwards, our participants had the chance to take a private tour of the old Damm factory, historically known as "La Bohemia," and finally shared a beer tasting.
