On June 20, UPS hosted our Diversity and Inclusive Leadership Committee for a CEO Coffee session with Romina Lorenzo.
Romina highlighted "I consider that education and awareness of citizens is fundamental and I also trust that more and more companies and institutions will carry out initiatives aimed at promoting the value of equality and continue to make visible the important role of female empowerment."
He also highlighted the importance of attracting young talent "by inviting them to participate in our training programs, so that they learn from within, the opportunities offered by logistics."
