On February 28th, our People, Talent, and Corporate Culture Committee met to kick off a new phase under the leadership of Benedetta Cossarini, AIG's General Manager for Spain.

 

The session served to establish the committee's priorities for the coming months, focusing on changes in the HR function model, its alignment with the business, team leader development, and defining future competencies and skills.
