On May 23, our Diversity and Inclusion and People, Talent and Corporate Culture Committees held the conference “Challenges of D&I in companies: pay transparency and talent trends”, in collaboration with our partner company Mercer Spain.

 

During the meeting, the participants discussed the most important trends in talent management and explained the importance of pay transparency.
