On February 19, our People, Talent, and Corporate Culture Committee, led by Benedetta Cossarini, General Manager of AIG Iberia, and Iñigo Sagardoy de Simón, President of Sagardoy Abogados, held a meeting in Madrid.

 

During the session, committee members analyzed trends in People and Talent for 2025, discussed the transformation of corporate culture—focusing on mindset evolution and the development of new skills—and addressed the adaptation to technological tools such as artificial intelligence (AI), emphasizing the importance of a balanced approach to preserve interpersonal interaction within organizations.

 

Additionally, they explored key future skills from each member’s perspective and reflected on work-life balance and digital disconnection.
