On November 11, we celebrated the closing of the 5th edition of our Young Leaders Network program.

During the session, we had the honor of hearing from Jaime Malet, President of AmChamSpain, and Sandra Orta, General Manager of Bristol Myers Squibb, who provided an overall assessment of the program and shared their vision on the essential skills for successful leadership.

Additionally, Andrea Giovannucci, Senior Principal Research Scientist in Applied Machine Learning at Bristol Myers Squibb, presented various applications of artificial intelligence in the pharmaceutical sector. Finally, María González Gutiérrez, Associate Director of Commercial & Omnichannel at BMS and a program participant, held an enriching Fireside Chat with Sandra Orta, where they discussed key insights on innovation culture.
