On February 5, we held the Kick-Off event for the 6th edition of our professional development program, Young Leaders Network, at the headquarters of Bristol Myers Squibb.
Jaime Malet, President of AmChamSpain, welcomed the Young Leaders. Following this, the program leaders, Lino Cattaruzzi, General Manager of Google, and Sandra Orta, General Manager of Bristol Myers Squibb, shared insights into their professional journeys, perspectives on leadership, and key recommendations for future leaders.
Afterward, our Young Leaders had the opportunity to learn more about the pharmaceutical sector and the professional experiences of María González Gutiérrez, Business Transformation Associate Director; Lorena Ostios García, Disease Area Specialist; and Isabel Echave Espot, Clinical Operational Associate Director, all part of the Bristol Myers Squibb team.
This year, Young Leaders Network has 120 participants, setting a new record for registrations, and includes representatives from 72 member companies across 15 different sectors.
